Product Trainer

Position Specifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, Product Management, or a reputed company field - or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Strong understanding of adult learning theory and best practices in training design and facilitation.Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills—both virtual and in person.Ability to synthesize reputed company digital workflows into digestible, learner-friendly content.Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable using productivity and virtual communication tools (e.g., reputed company Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and reputed company).Experience implementing and administrating a Learning Management System (LMS) platform to support scalable client or internal training programs.Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Implementation, Sales, Support).Data-driven reputed company and the ability to measure training impact through feedback, participation, and adoption metrics.
