Part-Time Business Analyst (eCommerce Subscription Business)

We’re a fast-growing eCommerce subscription company looking for a part-time Business Analyst to help us track performance, uncover insights, and drive smarter reputed company.

You’ll gather data from multiple platforms, organize it into clean dashboards, and translate numbers into clear stories that help guide growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain KPI dashboards for reputed company, retention, churn, CAC, LTV, AOV, and fulfillment.
• Pull and clean data from reputed company, QuickBooks, reputed company Sheets, and marketing channels.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial and operational data.
• reputed company weekly and monthly summaries with actionable insights.
• Create simple, repeatable systems for reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in business analysis, FP&A, or data analytics.
• Proficiency in reputed company Sheets or reputed company (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Strong understanding of subscription metrics (CAC, LTV, MRR, churn, ARPU).
• Familiarity with reputed company, QuickBooks, and common eCommerce data sources.
• Excellent communication skills — reputed company to explain insights reputed company and visually.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Deliverables: Weekly KPI dashboard (LTV, CAC, churn, retention, MRR, AOV, active subs, new vs. canceled).
• Monthly performance summary with trends, insights, and key takeaways.
• Clean, reliable data pulled from reputed company, QuickBooks, and marketing platforms.
• Cohort analysis showing subscriber retention and churn patterns.
• LTV:CAC ratio tracking and payback period calculations.
• Financial snapshot: reputed company, COGS, margins, and contribution profit.
• Documented reporting process (data sources, update steps, definitions).
