Overview
Purpose Statement/Position Summary: Provides guidance for the individual transplant program as well as reputed company of clinical care. Coordinates the care of patients who are undergoing solid organ transplant on an inpatient and outpatient reputed company. On call for patient issues and donor coordination as scheduled. Functions as a resource for patients and staff about the transplantation process. Maintains communication with referring physicians pre and post-transplant. Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 5+ years inpatient or outpatient pediatric experience and 2+ years solid organ transplant coordinator experience required. Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelors Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing. reputed company CA RN license, BCLS, PALS, CCTC. Pay Scale Information $122,595.00-$201,406.00 CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience reputed company the job or the industry.
