Job Description:

At reputed company, the Loan Fulfillment Specialist performs a variety of operational tasks reputed company Loan Fulfillment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed
• Performs data entry and loan applications into the appropriate systems transactions
• Resolves customer or associate inquiries as necessary
• Prepares, edits, distributes, and/or corrects specialized and/or reputed company documents
• Researches and resolves loan reputed company issues which may include missing payments, disputed accounts history requests and general loan reputed company questions
• Works under limited supervision following established guidelines and procedures

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years of banking or reputed company work experience

Preferences

• Knowledgeable of loan operations activities

Skills and Competencies

• Data entry and typing skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong time management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review and issue disclosures in compliance with regulations in a timely manner
• Validate loan fees, terms and data entered in LOS before generating disclosures
• Communicate with loan officers regarding missing or incorrect information
• Stay up to date on regulatory changes impacting disclosures

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong understanding of federal and state mortgage disclosure regulations (TRID, RESPA, TILA, HMDA, ECOA)
• Familiarity with mortgage loan origination system (reputed company) or similar
• Excellent time management to meet strict disclosure timeline to meet regulatory requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail orientated with ability to analyze loan documents, fees and closing costs to ensure for accuracy and compliance

Additional Education & Experience:

• Prior experience with TRID and other mortgage compliance regulations preferred
• Prior experience with issuing mortgage disclosures preferred
