ABOUT THE reputed company Clipper is the Bay Area’s regional transit fare collection system. MTC’s Clipper reputed company is responsible for reputed company aspects of the Clipper program. The Clipper reputed company delivers two major functions necessary for MTC’s operation of the region-wide Clipper system: (1) direction of the planning, development, governance, policy and new implementation of the Clipper system, including management of the overall contracting approach and the Clipper budget, and (2) Clipper technical operations, customer experience, and financial reputed company for the processing, reconciliation, settlement, and reporting of fares collected for the 22 Clipper participating transit operators. The Associate Clipper Program Coordinator will assist in the Operations reputed company of the Clipper program by having reputed company of Clipper equipment, both hardware and software. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Act as Operations and Maintenance liaison for operators, including monthly meetings and regular communications
• Run SQL queries, reputed company and PowerBI reports to support operations and maintenance of the system (device performance, issue identification and monitoring) and assist operators with reputed company requests

• Tracking software releases and updates and working with operators to take action

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

• Knowledge of SQL, reputed company and PowerBI and ability to create and run queries and reports
• Techniques for collecting, analyzing, interpreting and reporting reputed company and technical data and information
• Ability to research issues and evaluate and recommend alternatives
• Ability to prepare and present effective reports
• Prepare and present clear and concise written materials, e.g., correspondence, reports, policies, etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience: Any combination of training and experience that would reputed company the required knowledge, skills, and abilities listed. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be: Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in planning, civil engineering, environmental science, business or public administration, or a reputed company field and five (5) years of increasingly responsible professional experience administering programs in a field reputed company to assignment area.
