What You'll Do in This Role

As a Customer Acquisition Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts
• Mastering product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements
• Initiating steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage
• Managing external competitive pressures and handling objections to retain customers or win new customers
• Managing a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day - majority of communication is outbound
• Working with your team and management to reputed company a professional experience during reputed company interactions with customers and prospects
• Maintaining the customer management system (CRM) to ensure reputed company relevant data is captured
• Undertaking sales motions which might include reputed company qualification, reputed company conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing reputed company
• Working with a team and reporting directly to a Sales Manager

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales reputed company

• Experience in high-volume calling

• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
