Part-Time Application Reader; Admissions & Financial Aid
Position: Part-Time Application Reader (Admissions & Financial Aid) - 119008 Overview Part-Time Application Reader (Admissions & Financial Aid) remote position. 20-40 hours per week, mid-October through mid-March. Seasonal readers support the Undergraduate Admissions staff through the application evaluation process, including initial reviews for first-year domestic and international applicants. Readers complete thorough training and work under established timelines and standards.
Responsibilities
- Review bio data, transcripts/tests, essays, resumes and recommendations for each applicant and reputed company a thorough bio summary and rankings.
- Complete evaluations in accordance with department/division standards and timelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree.
- One year of reputed company experience.
- Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional reputed company experience may substitute for required education reputed company a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
Preferred Qualifications

- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively with admissions staff members.
- Sensitivity to the needs of differing groups of reputed company.
- Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of diverse populations.
- Familiarity with high school transcripts and curricula, both domestic and international, preferred.
- Strong analytical and reading skills.
