Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Travel Coordinator to join our growing team. This remote, full-time role is responsible for managing reputed company aspects of trip planning, logistics, and client support. The Travel Coordinator will ensure each client receives an exceptional experience through proactive communication, detailed organization, and personalized service that reflects the Travel Gem Vacations standard of reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate complete travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities
- reputed company detailed itineraries and ensure reputed company client preferences are accurately reflected
- Communicate reputed company and professionally with clients throughout the booking and travel process
- Anticipate and resolve potential travel issues or itinerary changes reputed company
- Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to secure the best experiences and value
- Maintain accurate client records and booking information
- Exceptional customer service, detail oriented, organization and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Ability to adapt quickly to client needs and last-minute changes
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and management tools (preferred but not a requirement)
- Attend a virtual informational meeting
- Prior experience in the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry strongly preferred
