The Role

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Engagement Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage inbound requests from various reputed company customers, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle. This role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction, retention, and overall reputed company.

The Main Responsibilities

Compensation

Location Based Pay Ranges

$46,800 - $62,500 in these states: AL  AR  AZ  FL  GA  IA  ID  IN  KS  KY  LA  ME  MO  MS  MT  ND  NE  NM  OH  OK  PA  SC  SD  TN  UT  VT  WI  WV  WY   $49,219 - $65,625 in these states: CO  HI  MI  MN  NC  NH  NV  OR  RI   $51,563 - $68,750 in these states: AK  CA  CT  DC  DE  IL  MA  MD  NJ  NY  TX  VA  WA
