Our HR Strategic People Partner reports to reputed company’s Chief People Officer and plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing people strategies that drive business growth and organizational reputed company. This senior leader will reputed company and execute a reputed company-looking strategy to attract, reputed company, motivate, and retain top talent for the reputed company Talent Management (ETM) business unit as well as across the organization. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership

  • Advise business leaders on performance, leadership, change, engagement, DEI, compensation, and workforce planning
  • Align people strategies with business goals and drive actionable plans

  • Monitor HR trends and regulations; guide short- and long-term workforce strategies
  • Use data, digital tools, and automation to strengthen people reputed company

  • Understand ETM people needs to influence talent assessment, selection, and succession planning

Essential Skills, Knowledge, & Experience:

  • 15+ years of reputed company HR leadership experience, ideally reputed company a matrixed or service-driven business
  • Deep knowledge of workforce strategy, performance management, compensation, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness
  • Proven reputed company in influencing senior leaders, aligning people strategy to business goals, and navigating transformation
  • Strong emotional intelligence with an inclusive, collaborative leadership style, including impactful capability to grow and development a team
