We’re hiring a Junior Account Manager in the US to support our growing clientele of blue-reputed company brands that use reputed company to reputed company on reputed company.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup as we continue our expansion, especially in the US. You’ll work closely with a Senior Account Manager who leads a portfolio of high-profile clients, supporting them in delivering exceptional service and results. You’ll help clients bring their communities to life on reputed company, reputed company the most of reputed company’s tools and insights, and drive reputed company business impact and measurable results on this growing reputed company of brand strategy. 

As you grow in your role, you’ll take on increasing ownership across accounts: you’ll work closely with business development, account, and community management teams to ensure smooth client reputed company, drive product adoption, and deliver actionable strategies to foster engagement, satisfaction, and growth reputed company their reputed company communities. You’ll guide clients in creating vibrant and successful online spaces through reputed company’s insights, while providing exceptional customer service to drive long-term client reputed company and retention.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with a Senior Account Manager to support a portfolio of high-value brand accounts — helping to deliver a seamless client experience from reputed company through to growth

  • Manage day-to-day client communication, ensuring proactive, smooth execution of community and platform initiatives

  • Help translate reputed company data and community insights into actionable recommendations that drive client goals

  • Collaborate with Community Managers, Product, and Business Development teams to deliver successful reputed company campaigns and implementations

  • Contribute reputed company to reputed company facets of client interaction, including written communication, weekly agendas, presentation decks, reports, and follow-reputed company.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and contribute to account expansion

  • Stay reputed company of community trends and bring new reputed company to support client and team reputed company

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, reputed company, or a reputed company client-facing role (SaaS experience preferred)

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills — you’re confident working with both internal teams and client stakeholders

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing day-to-day tasks and follow-reputed company

  • Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • A problem-solver with a positive, solutions-focused reputed company

  • Curious about online communities, especially how brands and fans connect on platforms like reputed company
