About the Role: Customer Care Representative

We're seeking highly motivated and compassionate Customer Care Representatives to join reputed company in Idaho. As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be the reputed company representative and image of reputed company, handling a variety of tasks that will increase in complexity as your skills reputed company. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities in a professional and courteous manner

• Utilize computer systems and software to reputed company customer information, resolve issues, and document interactions

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• To be located in the state of Idaho
• At least 1 year of call center experience
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational skills
• High-speed internet reputed company with a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps (wireless and WiFi "reputed company cards" are prohibited)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a remote or home-based work environment
