Responsibilities
As an Airport Customer Service Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting passengers with their baggage pick-up, resolving issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items, and utilizing computer software to track and catalog luggage.
- Handling customer interactions with class, efficiency, and professionalism, ensuring that every passenger feels valued and supported.

- Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and moving items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly, and repetitively lifting weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.
Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:

- Possess a valid In-State Driver's License.
