As a Customer Care Representative I, you will serve as a trusted advisor and educator, guiding our members and providers through reputed company-reputed company inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities

* Proactively resolve member and provider questions and concerns using computer-based resources to find answers

  • Guide members and providers with their reputed company needs by explaining benefits, solving claim concerns, and helping find a doctor reputed company telephone calls, online chats, or emails
  • Partner internally to create a seamless experience for our customers and resolve potential issues

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in an automated customer service environment
