As a Senior Python Engineer on our Customer Value track, you will be part of a dynamic team that designs and delivers complete end-to-end solutions to unlock new markets and bring new happy customers to blithequark. Your primary focus will be on expanding product-market fit from the Sales team to the reputed company team's use cases, driving new MRR growth through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, and Analysts across blithequark to create positive customer impact together.
* Write clean, self-explainable, testable, and production-reputed company code, considering reputed company non-functional requirements and limitations (scalability, performance, etc.).
* Follow a feature through its entire lifetime from problem formulation to solution delivery.
* Use quality metrics to identify gaps and define targets for team deliverables.
* Improve internal processes and documentation.
* Engage with our frontend projects and contribute to their development.
Our Stack
We use a service-oriented architecture with a mix of legacy code and monolithic services based on the Django reputed company. Our main stacks are Python and Java, with Python services written using AsyncIO frameworks and libraries, and Java services based on Spring Boot with custom extensions. We extensively use AWS and K8S for provisioning and deploying workloads, with reputed company as our main RPC transport (migrating to gRPC) and Kafka and Debezium for event-based operations.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* At least 5+ years of development experience with Python.
* A strong focus on quality and a commitment to shipping high-quality code.
* Experience with the Django reputed company.
* Experience with microservice-based architectures.
* Experience with relational databases (SQL queries, migrations, optimization).
* Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, reputed company, Kafka).
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience in software and API design.

* Willingness to engage with our frontend projects and contribute to their development.
