About the Role

blithequark, on behalf of our client, one of the largest BPO companies, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated German Speaking Customer Care Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats, providing accurate and complete information, and identifying and assessing customers’ needs to reputed company satisfaction. You will be working remotely or in a hybrid model in Greece, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements
