Job Overview

As a Clinical Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our Customer Service-Clinical department. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls from providers, members, and health plans, addressing a wide reputed company of topics, from benefit information to problem resolution. You will be working remotely from the comfort of your own home, utilizing company-provided technology equipment, and participating in online meetings reputed company video conferencing.   • Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner
