Part-Time Senior Environmental Program Analyst (Remote - US)

Accountabilities:

• Conduct subject matter reviews on 23 CFR 771, reputed company 7 of the Endangered Species Act, reputed company 4(f), and reputed company 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.
• Coordinate consultations with federal, state, and local agencies, including USFWS, FHWA, and State Historic Preservation offices, to streamline environmental review processes.

Requirements

• BA degree in Environmental Policy or reputed company field.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in environmental review for federally-funded transportation projects, including strong knowledge of FTA and USDOT environmental regulations.
• Recognized expertise in NEPA compliance, environmental assessments, and impact statements.
• Experience with state and local environmental review programs and regulatory compliance (e.g., Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, reputed company 4(f), reputed company 106).
