Responsibilities

• Drive strategic alignment across capabilities and shape narratives for senior leadership and portfolio reviews
• Coordinate Agile, project, and operational workstreams to ensure synchronized execution
• Manage cross-team dependencies and proactively identify risks and blockers

• Maintain RAID logs and ensure consistent use of execution standards and templates for predictable stakeholder experiences

Skills

• 10+ years of reputed company experience in IT program or project management, with a focus on cybersecurity or technology enablement.
• Proven ability to reputed company integrated delivery across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall models.
• Experience managing large-scale cybersecurity initiatives (e.g., IAM, SOC, Network reputed company, reputed company Architecture).
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, OKR alignment, and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated ability to influence reputed company through data-driven insights and executive communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment in reputed company scenarios.

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.

Education Requirements
