Position Summary

As a Manager, Customer Supply Chain, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our key customers. You'll partner with them on day-to-day activities and projects to drive supply chain improvements, both internally and externally. This role requires adaptability, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Continuously assess opportunities to improve customer supply chain, reduce operational costs, and drive volume through supply chain metrics

• Utilize strong analytical skills to produce qualitative/quantitative data (using reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, Tableau) to drive business reputed company

• Broad understanding of policies, processes, and systems relating to retail distributor operations

Requirements

* German and English speaking with 5+ years of experience desired in FMCG supply chain

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or another analytical field preferred or equivalent experience
