Your Position
As our Customer Care Quality Manager B2C, you'll be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing quality management strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and improve customer-facing processes and procedures
* Analyzing customer feedback and service quality metrics to identify areas for improvement
* Designing and delivering training programs to upskill customer-facing teams
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge database to ensure consistent and accurate information
* Providing leadership and guidance to customer care teams, including representing the team in the absence of the Head of Customer Care
* Creating regular quality reports and management presentations to track reputed company and identify areas for improvement
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
