Key Responsibilities:
* Represent blithequark as a subject matter expert during a series of calls to customers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their needs are met

- Handle issues with diplomacy to ensure that every customer is happy with their experience with blithequark, resolving conflicts and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications:
* 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience, with a proven track record of reliability and a strong work ethic
- Previous solar customer service or sales experience highly desired, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to display patience, reputed company, and strong listening skills while ensuring customer needs are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory fashion
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, embracing change and flexibility to the needs of the business and team
