We are seeking a dedicated and reputed company Traveling MDS Coordinator to support multiple facilities, ensuring RAI accuracy, compliance, and reputed company in reputed company care. • reputed company & Coordinate the RAI Process - Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completion of MDS, CAAs, and interdisciplinary care plans in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Monitor Medicare & Managed Care Residents - Work closely with facility teams to document and manage reputed company care effectively.
• Ensure Compliance & Quality Standards - Maintain adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and professional guidelines.
• Support Multiple Facilities - Travel to different locations to assist and enhance the MDS process as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid RN in the state(s) of practice.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a setting serving a similar reputed company population.
• At least 2 years of experience as an MDS Coordinator.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
