What You Will Do

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Becoming a product expert and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to reputed company accurate information and assistance to both customers and your colleagues
• Taking charge of customer issues from start to finish, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries reputed company email, chat, or video conferencing
• Resolving product or service issues by understanding the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
• Documenting and tracking customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using the company's CRM system
• Gathering customer feedback and working directly with Product and Engineering teams to reputed company insights to help improve products and services
• Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product updates to reputed company accurate and consistent information to customers
• Working well under time constraints and meeting schedules, at times with unexpected deadlines, to ensure client's needs are met

What You Will Need To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree
• 0-3 years of work experience
• Ability to work a 9am-5:30pm PST Monday - Friday schedule
• Demonstrated experience in problem-solving with attention to detail
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• 21.00 - 23.00 USD per hour (US Tier 2)
• 20.00 - 22.00 USD per hour (US Tier 3)
