What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Consultant at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support reputed company chats and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and meeting team KPIs. You'll also be expected to:

• reputed company timely and effective support to customers, resolving their queries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Build trust and rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized support

What You Need to Succeed

To reputed company in this role, you'll need:

• reputed company Polish and English B2 communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Analytical and research skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve reputed company issues
• A positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and team collaboration
• A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a reputed company internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

While not essential, experience with CRM systems and a background in crypto/finance would be a great plus in this role.
