About the Role

We are currently hiring for Remote Customer Service Representatives to take inbound calls in our Consumer Affairs department for blithequark Kia Care. In this role, you will handle vehicle-reputed company inquiries, reputed company technical support, and resolve reputed company customer issues with exceptional care. As a trusted liaison between customers, dealerships, and blithequark, you will ensure that customers receive the help they need and walk away feeling heard, valued, and confident in their ownership experience.
