Your Day-to-Day Tasks
As a Weekend Remote Chat Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer support chats in reputed company-time using saved replies and macros. Pay & Shift Details
As a Weekend Remote Chat Support Agent, you will start at $25/hour and have the opportunity to earn up to $35/hour after 30 shifts and strong QA performance. You will be required to work 4-8 hour blocks between 6 AM and 11 PM (local or U.S. time zones) on Saturdays and Sundays only. A minimum commitment of 8 weekend hours/week is required.
Training & Launch Timeline
