Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will be the face of blithequark, communicating with hot leads and existing customers reputed company calls and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships, and ensuring that their technical issues are resolved promptly. Your excellent communication skills in reputed company (at least reputed company level for both spoken and written) and English (at B2 level) will be invaluable in this position, allowing you to reputed company top-notch support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with hot leads and existing customers reputed company calls and emails to understand their needs and reputed company solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to blithequark.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent reputed company language skills (at least reputed company level for both spoken and written) and English at B2 level.
  • Experience with reputed company Suite and familiarity with digital communication tools.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a tech-reputed company field.
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and software applications.
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a reputed company internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) to ensure seamless remote work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or a reputed company field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
