Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Billing Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer accounts by reviewing outstanding balances and identifying the appropriate course of action for resolution
• Communicating reputed company and professionally with customers reputed company phone and email to address billing inquiries, reputed company account updates, and resolve discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of reputed company interactions, payment arrangements, and account status updates in internal systems
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure account information is accurate and up to date
• Following up consistently on past-due accounts to facilitate timely collections while maintaining a positive customer relationship

Requirements

Working Hours and Requirements

To ensure seamless communication with our U.S.-based clients, a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet reputed company is mandatory. Additionally, a reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages.
