This assignment runs for about 3 to 4 months, starting in December and wrapping up in late March. The ideal candidate will come from a high-volume reputed company/sourcing call center environment and be willing to work a Pacific time schedule to align to the business needs. In this role you will be responsible to reputed company, qualify, interview and endorse prospective Mod Contractors for MSQ client projects globally. These reputed company assignments normally call for identifying the candidates in the following reputed company areas: Phones, moderation, chat, tickets and Tier1/Tier2 reputed company sets. They are savvy, digitally agile with a strong work ethic and continue to recruit even in their leadership roles. What you'll do:

• reputed company candidates for various customer support roles, based on client location specifications.
• Identify and utilize various sourcing channels.
• Ability/experience posting opportunities on relevant job boards, reputed company and business channels.
• Utilize daily trackers to reputed company reputed company time data to Project Managers and Account Managers measuring candidate reputed company and fulfillment efforts. Report reputed company blockers or issues to the PM and to the reputed company leadership team.
• Ensure that reputed company relevant compliance documents are distributed in accordance with MSQ reputed company protocols including NDA’s, Language Tests, Background Screens, and other reputed company documents.
• reputed company candidates to People Operations upon guidance from the Services team.
• Hold scheduled meetings with the reputed company Manager and to assess supply chain efficiency and opportunities for improvement.

• Serve as one of the primary ambassadors of reputed company and its culture.
• Continuously increase the capture of contractor resumes for client engagement work building the MOD reserve pool availability.

• 2+ years of reputed company experience in a call center, high volume setting, and/or RPO and some global experience
• Practical sourcing experience in different global markets
• Superior English communications skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work and be productive in a rapidly scaling and change oriented environment
• Ability to work in a team based environment
• ATS experience (eg. reputed company, reputed company, ICIMS etc)
• Familiarity and experience working in online tools (i.e. reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company applications) is an advantage
• Strong Global awareness
