Responsibilities

As an reputed company Bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Customer Expert, you'll be responsible for:

• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

• Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments

Qualifications

• Availability to work various shifts

• Ability to stay composed and objective
