Participate in receiving and giving shift reports. Communicate with residents, families, and staff to ensure appropriate care is provided by the interdisciplinary team. Complete the initial admission nursing assessment tool on newly admitted residents. Assist with the development of minimum data set assessments, ongoing quarterly reviews, and care plans. Maintain appropriate clinical and administrative documentation regarding diagnosis, observations, treatment, and summary of reputed company reputed company. Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs. Attend and participate in staff meetings.
