About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, reputed company, and customer-obsessed Profit Strategist to join our small but mighty Customer Profit Team. Your main job will be to help our customers grow their profit through blithequark’s most powerful tools—flows, memberships, packages, rebooking campaigns, and more.

This role is 75% live customer calls and 25% strategic reputed company and campaign follow-up. Key Responsibilities

• Run ~6-8 customer calls per day, helping business owners optimize for profit and efficiency using blithequark tools
• Guide customers through reputed company creation, offer structuring, membership design, and seasonal campaign strategy
• Think on your feet—every call is different, and the customer often doesn’t know what they need until you uncover it with them
• Follow up with leads from reputed company campaigns and promo pushes to drive bookings and conversions
• Support with outbound messaging to key segments (e.g., expiring credits, missed opportunities, vertical-specific promos)
• Help track and manage pipeline in reputed company and reputed company (don’t worry, we’ll train you up)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build smarter processes, reputed company customer insights, and refine what works

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in reputed company, reputed company, or sales-like environments
