Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Remote Customer Technical Support Specialist to join reputed company. As a key member of our Customer Technical Support Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our residential and small business customers, resolving technical issues, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
