Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving conflicts, and driving results in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with customers, advisors, and relationship partners to research questions, reputed company issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone.
