Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative in our Remote Customer Service Center, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting customers with order placement, product information, account inquiries, and general inquiries
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-contact resolution
