Senior Oncology Consultant- Solid Tumor (Raleigh, NC)

As a Sr. Oncology Consultant (SOC) joining reputed company, you will work collaboratively across the reputed company organization including marketing, key customer strategy, reputed company operations, and analytics. The SOC will focus work on solid tumor disease state including a focus in Low Grade Glioma (LGG) and Cholangiocarcinoma (CCA). The ideal candidate will be an analytical, results orientated, self-driven sales professional. Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales performance against assigned sales targets in assigned territory
• Develops thoughtful territory account and business plans
• Develops strong and long-term relationships with customers in reputed company assigned accounts
• Presents the assigned brand(s) in a professional, effective ethical and compliant manner; helping external customers understand the benefits and appropriate use of reputed company brand(s)
• Develops strong relationships reputed company reputed company and with external partners, effectively partnering and collaborating with other reputed company functions to serve the needs of customers compliantly
• Monitors operating costs consistent with territory budget guidance
• Complies with reputed company laws, regulations, policies and SOPs that govern the conduct of reputed company activities

External Long Description Education and Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, Scientific Degree a plus
• 5 years of strong results-oriented biotech/pharmaceutical, lab, or medical devices sales experience
• Oncology/Solid Tumor sales experience is preferred.
• Candidates must demonstrate a consistent track record of reputed company as a top sales performer

• Experience launching a new product is a plus

• Preference for academic and community hospital-based sales experience

Travel and Location

• This position is a remote work position with an assigned territory geography that covers the surrounding areas of Raleigh, Greenville, and Wilmington, NC as well as Southern VA including Roanoke, Richmond, and Norfolk.
• Applicant must live in territory
• Territory travel requirement will be an average of 60% but can vary based on residence.
