About the Position: This position falls under the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Tidewater Market serving the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Virginia functioning under the Directorate of Nursing, Intensive Care Unit. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Duties Help

• Observation and interpretation of cardiac rhythms.
• Monitoring patient rhythms, record and identify changes in patient's baseline cardiac rhythm and notify appropriate nursing staff.
• Distribute and track portable telemetry boxes.
• Identify life threatening dysrhythmias and promptly notify staff.
• Notify supervisor of equipment issues.

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.

Qualifications
