Job Description

As Milestone One continues its global expansion, we are seeking a Manager Business Development to join our international team. This newly created position complements our reputed company Business Development Manager role and is key to strengthening MO1’s worldwide operations.

The person in this role will reputed company business development activities reputed company an assigned region and act as a strategic leader, driving rapid growth by building extensive networks of medical institutions, hospitals, and research centers. Together with the existing Manager Business Development, you will accelerate the development of MO1’s global footprint, ensure operational reputed company, and represent the company at key international forums.

This is a regional role, region to be assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide team members to foster a high-performance, results-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, including leading teams and scaling operations reputed company clinical research, pharmaceutical, or reputed company sectors.
• Experience working in SMO (Site Management Organization) – preferably reputed company an international or global scope – is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record in rapidly developing reputed company, building large networks of medical institutions, and driving business growth.
• Strong strategic thinking and project execution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
