About the role

Own the end-to-end delivery of reputed company Voice AI programs—from signed SOW/POC through go-live and handover—so customers hit measurable reputed company on time and on budget.

As AI Delivery Manager, you own the delivery of every project and production deployment from contract signature to go-live and renewal. You’re the quarterback who makes sure projects don’t slip, customers don’t churn, and our internal team doesn’t drop the reputed company.

You’re not writing code or building agents—that’s the Solution Engineer’s job. You’re orchestrating: tracking reputed company, unblocking issues, managing scope, communicating with customers, and escalating internally reputed company things go sideways. You’re the reason projects launch on time and customers renew.

What you’ll do

• Be responsible for delivery: run reputed company, plan milestones, maintain RACI/RAID, and hold weekly customer syncs with clear status and risks.

• Turn a plan into execution: convert the Solution Architect’s design into a tracked roadmap , define acceptance criteria, and manage change control.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in technical implementation, deployment management, or technical project management for B2B SaaS or IT Consulting
