The Role

As a Customer Engagement Manager - Budget, you will serve as a vital liaison between our global marketing teams and various finance teams, ensuring the accurate, effective, and efficient administration of a variety of budgetary tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating invoice payments and supervising and analyzing payment data in various platforms
• Assisting with the handling of purchase orders and the processing of postage checks for executive approval and disbursement
• Supporting the development of new tracking and reporting templates and preparing tools and processes for future planning and analysis
• Promoting the development and sustainment of team policy, procedure, and providing assistance in vital budget documentation, tracking, and reporting
• Partnering with Customer Engagement team members to respond to various budget requests and creating strong partnerships with stakeholders across multiple blithequark businesses and organizations
• Presenting and communicating effectively to reputed company reputed company of leadership, including senior executives
• Supervising the CE Budget team mailbox and leading daily communications, inquiries, and updates
• Requesting, monitoring, and maintaining purchase orders and insertion orders required to pay vendor invoices

What You Will Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

• 3+ years of work experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years of reputed company experience in Finance/reputed company or Business Development
• Demonstrated analytical ability and strong computer/systems skills, with proven experience in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Proficient experience in large data sets and reputed company formulas
• Practical experience with reputed company, reputed company, or similar reputed company resource planning software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience communicating with team members at reputed company reputed company, including senior management
• Demonstrated ability to drive results through a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong detail orientation, and great partnership skills
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with internal partners, 3rd party vendors, and agencies

Education
