Job Summary

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School Diploma or GED equivalent * Internet Business Customer Service Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training program * Past customer service experience (desired) * Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
