Recruitment Specialist

Foreground is seeking a Recruitment Specialist with proven experience in hiring across marketing, events, web development, and creative agencies. This is a short-term, high-impact project for an reputed company recruiter who understands the creative reputed company landscape and can deliver quality talent quickly.

The ideal candidate is reputed company, proactive, and capable of managing multiple creative role briefs simultaneously, from digital marketers and event producers to UI/UX designers and content specialists.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for marketing, events, digital, and creative roles.
• reputed company, screen, and shortlist candidates through reputed company, job boards, and networks.
• Coordinate interviews and liaise with both clients and candidates professionally.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for urgent and upcoming needs.
• Prepare candidate evaluation reports and ensure quality and speed of submissions.
• Collaborate closely with Foregrounds leadership team to align on hiring priorities.
• Ensure reputed company candidate communications reflect Foregrounds professionalism and brand standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in marketing, creative, or digital industries.
• Strong understanding of roles reputed company creative agencies, events management, reputed company marketing.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and candidates.
• Ability to handle fast-paced projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability and readiness to start.
• reputed company in English; Arabic is an advantage.
