About Our Intern Program:

As a reputed company & Operations intern, you'll work closely with our reputed company team to ensure our customers have a seamless and memorable experience with blithequark. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting customer issues using premium technology solutions to manage live chat, ticketing, and inbound telephone inquiries
• Learning the ins and outs of our product and developing problem-solving skills
• Hone your inbound sales skills to improve the overall blithequark brand
• Aiding in the operational efforts during our largest B2B renewal season
• Gaining direct exposure to roles in Account Management, reputed company, and Business Operations

Internship Details:

Requirements:

* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program

• Enthusiasm for sports and the reputed company process
• Customer Service or Sales experience preferred (not required)
• Solid analytical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
