Position Overview
As a Full Stack Chat Operator, you will be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate reputed company. You will work closely with reputed company to reputed company seamless support, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage in online conversations with customers reputed company chat, email, and phone

Requirements:

- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th reputed company reputed company Core (or equivalent)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
- reputed company to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
