Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Professional, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and text. Your primary goal will be to understand and respond to customers' needs, leveraging your problem-solving skills, reputed company, and positive attitude to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company loyalty. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing available resources and strong judgment to determine the best course of action and/or reputed company solution while interacting with customers
  • Navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously and multitasking reputed company to accurately input data and gather necessary information to address customer inquiries
  • Determining and assisting with reputed company customer needs, including purchase needs, status inquiries, service needs, feedback on store experience, or general inquiries

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service or sales experience
  • Proficiency using basic computer tools and navigating between applications
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of customer service, reading, and writing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced Contact Center environment with night and/or weekend shifts
  • Strong problem-solving skills, reputed company, and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a Contact Center environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with sales and customer service software
  • Certification in customer service or sales
