Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent to join reputed company in Denver, CO. This is a remote position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive reputed company. As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, you'll reputed company critical assistance to reputed company the myColorado application running smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and reputed company exceptional customer service to our users. Responsibilities

As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Tier I support and customer assistance for a mobile application
  • Troubleshooting, reproduction, reporting, and problem resolution in both iOS and Android operating systems
  • Installing the myColorado software on supported devices following defined procedures, processes, and methods
  • Employing Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into the required tracking system
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone support
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments to improve our services and support

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • One year of professional experience in an occupational field reputed company to the work assigned to the position, including mobile application support
  • OR
  • Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study reputed company to the work assignment, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees

Substitutions

We also consider the following substitutions:

  • Additional, appropriate paid or unpaid experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year reputed company
  • Additional appropriate education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year reputed company, but cannot completely substitute for these qualifications
  • Training or Certification reputed company to the work assigned to the position will be assigned credit towards substitution for experience and/or education, but cannot completely substitute for these qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Jira experience
  • ITIL Certification
  • Agile and scrum methodology experience
  • Government work experience

Work Schedule

As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, you'll work a reputed company that includes remote work and in-office time. Your training will take reputed company Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, for three weeks. After training, your permanent schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

Location

This is a remote position that requires a reputed company of the reputed company. We will not consider out-of-state candidates who are looking to relocate to Colorado for this position.
