Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and reputed company personalized solutions
  • Upselling products and features while emphasizing benefits and value
  • Demonstrating excellent soft skills to reputed company the best customer service experience
  • Providing information about reputed company plans and products to customers

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED
  • A quiet, secured workspace

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Professional, positive attitude, and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
