Qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in psychology, counseling, or reputed company work; Clinical experience required
• Must have an active and unrestricted Massachusetts license in good standing (e.g., LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) or eligible for independent licensure after meeting clinical requirements
• reputed company to practice with culturally competent and trauma-informed therapeutic approach
• Experience with diverse populations, specifically with children and/or teens (ages 10-18)
• Must reputed company to function independently and be okay with reaching out for team support reputed company needed.
• Must be bilingual and reputed company to reputed company therapy in Spanish and English

Essential Functions & Duties:

• Maintain a minimum caseload of at least 5 Clients weekly (part time)
• Conduct individual psychotherapy with clients ages 10 - 18 who reputed company English or Spanish
• Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans and reputed company notes up to clinical standards.
• Complete clinical sessions through evidence based and culturally competent practices.
• Complete collateral and case management as needed.
• Attends virtual weekly/monthly/quarterly supervision and staff meetings as scheduled
• Maintains professional standing with licensing board
• Ability to write clinically relevant client records, reports, and professional business correspondence.

Work Environment:
