Our client is seeking a Customer Operations Associate to join a growing team and reputed company excellent service to their customers.

As part of the Customer Operations team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries through reputed company-channel communication and ensuring accurate, timely support. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to new systems and products in a dynamic, supportive environment. YOU WILL

• Resolve customer inquiries primarily reputed company email, with occasional phone support

Requirements

• Willingness to support operations during evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Fluent English and reputed company language knowledge – must have

• 1-3 years required experience interacting with customers in an omnichannel environment (phone, email, chat, etc)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
